Returns:

If there is a defect in your bag you can send it back for repair. We will examine the defect to determine if it is a manufacturing defect.  If the defect is determined to be our fault we will repair it or provide you with credit toward another bag or product. If it is determined that it is not a manufacturing defect, you will be charged for the repair and the return shipping.

All sales final. No refunds.
